Shooting At Angles

Recommended Posts

it goes above the cross hair, but the higher the angle the more it does then it may come down a bit at the extremes untill your barrels at a true verticle where its actualy low as in off the bottom of the scope more or less.

get a copy of http://www.hawkeoptics.com/chairgun.html have a play it will show you what happens when you change the angle of inclanasion. (or better still find a dead tree thats coming down and trim the twigs with your gun. but beware of your backdrop).

Also beware your head when attempting near verticals!

Spoken from true experience of both branches and blasted pigeons, 15 ounce of falling pigeon hurts from 50 foot up!!

Similar for me. Reduce holdover by 1/2 mil at 30 degrees and 1 mil at 50degrees.

By 60 degrees I need to reduce by 1.5 mil.

Check it with Chairgun or iStrelok to be sure.
