francolin 449
i was reading a old mag recently from 10 year back ,a piece about fox attacks on pets, three westie pups had been killed/mutilated in a outdoor run,a vet from worcestershire area mr d denny said at the time attacks on dogs while unusual did not surprise him,he feared the next thing would be babys attacked in prams or such like because the urban fox was loseing fear of humans,in light of recent events how right was he. Paid 935
I grew up in london, and you did see the odd fox, but now there are hundreds, you see them bold as brass all over. My theory is that as there is no longer any stray, or latch key dogs on the streets, there is nothing to keep the foxes on their toes, they have gotten a lot bolder.

I think the same about cats (in some places) ,my terrier will be on lead yapping his head off trying to get at a cat as it slowly bimbles towards us without a care in the world.
