fireman 10,863
Warm veg oil dripped in will help melt the wax and make cleaning them out easier, this prescription bit is a proper ball ache these days and thanks to the royal vet collage for that one. Quote Link to post
nobjerk 161
olive oil is another good one for shifting wax , if the stuff you after is available over the pond you can order from usa without prescription . whether its legal or not is another matter . Quote Link to post
Attack Fell Terrier 864
http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/johnsons-ear-drops_1_39597.html This gear works. I've used it twice on two different dogs and worked perfectly both times. Quote Link to post
Waz 4,252
Get yourself some THORNIT powder for ears. Might actually be mites as opposed to wax Quote Link to post
oxo 441
Think your vet is obliged to give you a prescription if that is what he has prescribed, no obligation to buy from him. Quote Link to post
fireman 10,863
But they can and do charge at least £25 for them oxo. Quote Link to post
paulus 26
google is the answer to many questions Quote Link to post
BORDERSCOT 3,816
But they can and do charge at least £25 for them oxo. That;s a disgrace - £25 for a prescription. That shouldn't be allowed. You should be able to get a prescription and shop around. Are they obliged to give you a prescription if you ask? Quote Link to post
