AirgunGuy 362 Posted March 5, 2013 Report Share Posted March 5, 2013 A chap called John Bowkett designed rifles for BSA....Ultra...Scorpion...Superten...R10 etc. BSA then manufacture the rifles and may make certain changes. Mass production also creates flaws so basically a Blueprinted rifle is a rifle that has been sent to John and he makes certain changes to the rifle so that it performs exactly as he designed. Certain components are smoothed out and tuned and the regulator will be set correctly. A Blueprint apparently makes the rifle smoother and more accurate. Thats my understanding of a Blueprint. Not cheap though at around 150 quid + delivery both ways. 1 Quote Link to post
