Help Needed On Air Rifle

hi im needing some help In Northern Ireland airguns and CO2 guns having a discharge kinetic energy in
excess of one (1) Joule (0.737 ft lbs) require to be held on a firearm certificate what im wanting to no is would the likes of a crosman ratcatcher require a firearm certificate in northern ireland

I'm guessing so as it puts out more than 1 joule

Your like me in jersey, think of it this way, u need and FAC for any fire arm, the 1 joule tends to just help out spear fishermen
