villaman 9,983
The R10 2012 has the newer reg in them. The ultra m/s will match any air gun out there , even the top price guns 1 Quote Link to post
joel56 7
For that money i would go for a aas410 or a aas400.I use both of mine for hunting i could match any top pcp with these pellet on pellet at 40 yards.Never had a problem before very well made stong and your have loads of fun target and field hope this helps Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
Lol to be honest no pcp/ Springer is innaccurate these days, even the cheap shit will put 5-10p groups at 30-40 yrds...just personal preference, ie shot count, handling, and budget...so go for what you like, most are relatively reliable too Quote Link to post
Craig Fosse 286
Except my smk 19 , that don't do groups very week at 40 yards hahaha Quote Link to post
gasman1 15
s200 with the air arms multishot conversion would make a nice little gun. my lads got one in single shot and its as accurate as hell. in 177 and filled to its sweet spot of 170bar. he gets 45 very consistent shots. the cz barrel is bang on. a chap at the club bought a single shot scorpion that wouldnt group for toffee. it turned out it had a dodgy barrel (which is rare for bsa as their barrels are normally excellent) so he swapped his barrel for a s200 cz barrel. its now one of the most accurate guns in the club. the scorpion is also a great gun. in my opinion the scorpion is the best pcp that bsa do. coley_airgunner 14
I got an ultra light and great to shoot only downside is shot count 30 to a fill I'd go r10 or scorpion if u wanting BSA ultra guy told me u can get them reg'd thatll double the shot count Quote Link to post
Craig Fosse 286
Second on the s200 , I say it again, it realates itself completely to the ultra, punches far above its weight. Only down side to the multishot conversion is no safety. But just know your weapon state and its a very very minor factor Quote Link to post

Darrin (XTX Air) did mine about 2 years ago and it still shoots spot on . Well worth the money Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
I didn't mean it funny either Benji. The Ultra is no toy though and does what it was designed for very well. Si. I can concur, the only thing I hated about the Ultra was the MMC, but now on the SE that has gone! I had an Ultra from new for 3 weeks (I really hated MMC). I had it zeroed in and it had made it's first kill in 20 minutes (that included getting into an ambush position and waiting). They are incredibly accurate rifles, shot count not the highest, which is not a bad thing if hunting, but for a day on the range you will be out of shots before the coffee has cooled enough to drink!
