Guys my jill is on heat her vulva has not swollen right up but when can the male be introduced so then it will be most affective is when she is fully on heat or will now be ok?

sorry for not reading properly,oh yes they are off great parents thats why i am doing it they are second to none,if they were just pets i would go to a rescue centre mate
