I was quite a way from the deer they were grazing at first then the look out saw me , so it alerted the others, I just found a spot where i could see the stags , they dont seem overly bothered , its the hinds that are a bit more alert , I guess I was there taking pics for about 10 mins , then they slowly moved out of sight They like the heather , its the first time i have seen any stags this year , last year I saw 3 late on in the rutt early nov time , the stags have usually moved on by now , but they seem to be hanging around on the hinds patch longer now I will look some buildings out , i havent got many other than a church in Yorkshire & a few odds & ends Quote Link to post Share on other sites
