buster gonads 862
When i were looking for a small pot filler i decieded i wanted 3/4 whippet in the mix for that bit of extra speed, i decieded on 1 of 2 cross's, either 3/4 whippet 1/4 collie or 3/4 whippet 1/4 beddy, i went down the beddy route in the end as i knew of somone with a litter that he had bred to keep one back for himself, his bitch being 8 years old and doing the type of work i wanted the pup to do, it was also a second mateing, the previous litter did well, i knew of 2 lads that had pups out of it, she's just shy of 5 months old now and stands at 18 TTS, she's easy enough to train but i would expect the collie cross to be easyer, oh, and like lightning for a 5 month old , you pays your money to takes your choice, atb, buster. BS40liam 203
Personally I think he should go for the 3/4 whip x beddi as they're that little bit quicker and around our area with the little rabbits that's available you need a dog to be quick on the lamp shy little buggers lol Quote Link to post
