Karl Daw 14
Guys i think i have put everything back together going to barrywhites instructions it all feels good but i do not have a spring compressor so i cant try it but just a question? Do you think the trigger spring should make the cocking dog pop up,otherwise the cocking dog would just be all sloppy what are your thoughts please? Quote Link to post
barrywhite 282
the cocking dog is loose .it gets pushed by the piston when you cock the gun. Quote Link to post
Karl Daw 14
looking on chambers the order of assembly are going from memory .cs236 sr018 sr019 they are held in place with pins .you have to line them up and put the pins in they want to move cs236 sr018 first then sr019.then cs235 and tr018 .tr018 locates in a tiny hole in the trigger and the pin goes through the trigger and the spring tr018 .next is cs237 and sr020 this not to hard the spring is left loose. you then tighten the spring and hold the tightened spring in place with the last pin.someone with a bit of a clue may be able to follow what i have written . Ok mate i will try this wheni have chambers diagram infront of me thanks barry looking on chambers the order of assembly are going from memory .cs236 sr018 sr019 they are held in place with pins .you have to line them up and put the pins in they want to move cs236 sr018 first then sr019.then cs235 and tr018 .tr018 locates in a tiny hole in the trigger and the pin goes through the trigger and the spring tr018 .next is cs237 and sr020 this not to hard the spring is left loose. you then tighten the spring and hold the tightened spring in place with the last pin.someone with a bit of a clue may be able to follow what i have written . barrywhite 282
my gun has a loose piston so the cocking dog did not work well .so I beat a bit of the cocking dog to make it bigger but after a few 100 shot the repair stated to fail.so I buttoned the piston to make it fit better this seems to have worked ,but I feel the trigger may be a week point on these guns.
