Hi every one I'm new to this forum, but really can't wait to get help and info from everyone as I've been shooting now for about 8 years now,I shoot clays, rabbit, pigeons, ducks,I'm looking for any information on decoying as I have all the set up but just need tips as to how to lay out the decoys, like towards the wind or away from the wind and so forth as I know, pigeons are very clever but love to get more out of my shooting with help from everyone, many thanks.

Hello,

I do not know a whole lot about pigeons but I do know that with ducks if you set your decoys up in a c pattern leaving an opening in the way the wind is blowing so the ducks will come and land in the part of the c that is open. It is very effective when the wind is right. Also the main thing I have found with ducks is too just leave an opening for them to land in period. Too many decoys jumbled together and they just dont seem to like it as much.
