secretagentmole 1,701 Posted February 23, 2013 Report Share Posted February 23, 2013 (edited) OK, this tinkering has got to stop. The QB78 has now gotten to be lightly obsessional. Given it the TR Robb kitt, but now I am intent on improving the woodwork. It is being fitted to an AGS PCR assault style stock (only £16 delivered from ebay)! Enlarged the trigger hole, cut out the safety switch fitting, drilled and enlarged the stock retaining bolt hole and shortened the stock. When it is done it is going to look different, it may not be pretty but it will be all my own work! Couple of holes to fill as well and then fill up the gap at the back of the action! Fit QD studs and get it properly zeroed in to 25 metres. See how it performs against the rest of my collection. Had the Theoben out today, the old gas ram is still doing sub 5p groupings standing at 10 metres! Still making it's 10.86 fpe too! Quote Link to post
