Hawks won't touch moles, soon as they break through they skin they will throw them to the ground, something to do with the taste of they blood and meat, I used to trap them for farmers and sometimes leave them on fence poles for wild buzzards an they turn they noises up at them for sum reason!

Your birds are too fusy - mine have eaten them in the past.

They are not dangerous to feed to your bird but it seems that like rats some birds like em and some dont.

ive fed moles on a regular basis to my breeding pair of harris hawks,i get them off a good member on here called mick
