Daytimeonly 91 Posted February 19, 2013 Report Share Posted February 19, 2013 here is my saluki whippet i bred myself, i have both parents and he is coming up 2 years old, he wasnt born deaf, but over the first few weeks we think he turned deaf and started to notice it when he was about 8/9 weeks old. i tried to pet home him but nobody wanted him, what a mistake, wouldnt do without him, great dog thanks. 5 Quote Link to post

Daytimeonly 91 Posted March 15, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 hi all thanks for the positive comments! he is stone deaf ( medically deaf ) wasnt born deaf but during labor he turned deaf according to the vet, we did think he was dead when he was born.. but yes i work him more then any of my other dogs, he is actually older then i thought ive got his brother here too out of a different litter, but bracken is an excellent all round dog and i am not embaressed to show him to anybody in the field, thanks all 1 Quote Link to post
