Of course, I forgot they called bream dorado, thanks I meant dorado dolphin.. Of mahi mahi... We had 6 on the boat one day, cracking fighting fish and taste bloody lovely.. That's the one and it's fookin lovley the flesh has a hint not far from citrus/lime very nice fish to eat.
