jigsaw 11,875 Posted February 18, 2013 Report Share Posted February 18, 2013 I havent been for a few years and am considering taking the son to it this year.Is it still as big as ever and whats yer opinion on value for money etc.I enjoyed the browsing and some of the stuff there is not posible to find over here unless you go the e bay route.So lets hear your advice.I was at the midlands and enjoyed that too.any others to consider for a weekend away? Not at all mate, there are plenty of dogs at the Welsh, but, the most working dogs and lads I've seen in one place is at the EDRD show. It's not the sort of show that attracts the general pet owning public and the atmosphere reflects that, it's a working dog show, run by working dog people, it's "no frills" but it's definitely top of my list (and I've been to a few different shows lol) You'd get a hotel nearby for under £30 for the night too.
