The one 8,529
I really like the look of that gun you never think about it being rough on sights Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,587
FAC level Gas Rams and Spring rifles are pretty tough on scopes. You have to really take note of this into account when buying one of these rifles. I remember buying my Eliminator and how taken I was with its looks and performance in .22. It was superbly accurate but it took no pity on my scopes. If I was buying one now, I would have to find a decent 2nd hand Simmons Whitetail or Pro Air for it. Best scopes I have for my HW80 .22 that can take the whack from high performance spring and gas ram rifles. Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
Why bother, just get a nice CZ .22 rimfire, no recoil, quieter, 4 times the power, far lighter, and probably cheaper (secondhand) job done but if you really must have one......... a Nikon prostaff is the scope to go for, a pal of mine has one on a 7mm rem mag, which has a touch more recoil than a gas ram air gun lol, still holds zero after about 6 years. 1 Quote Link to post
philpot 5,053
If you go fac, there is a very nice Rapid Mk2 in .177 very near you in the gunshop in South Cave. Phil 1 Quote Link to post
