Guest norseman Posted February 20, 2013 Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 e mailed deben about the problem, and they were very helpful. i got a reply straight away on what to do next. but i had since tested the collar and it seems to be working i still cant figure out what happened. im glad its working again. told deben it seems to be ok and again they e mailed me to say i could send it anytime if the same problem should arise. very helpful all in all and thanks for the input lads.
