morton 5,368
just had a phone call from wiltshire police seems they may have recovered a few stolen dogs one in particular matches the description of a bitch i had nicked over 3 years ago, although not yet confirmed ear tattoo numbers, but still was a bit of a bolt out the blue. she was about year old when nicked, like i say may well not be her but would you want it back after all this time? If you need to turn on a computer and have the need to ask more or less total strangers, then, the dogs better off elsewhere.Personally id have wanted the mutt back home, then id have had a good long look and inspection, then id have tested its education and fitness, then id have decided if the mutt was going to be useful to the team, then id have decided what best would suit the mutt, lastly i may have turned the computer on.Nugget. 1 Quote Link to post
mooney1 120
the answer to that has got to be yes,had a dog stolen at 12 month old and got her back 12 month later to the day at selby game fair off two travelling lads. Not easy but managed in the end with a little help off some terrier lads Quote Link to post

BIGLURKS 874
Would be very hard too make a choice like that but I'd say give it a go if it is ur dog then go from there see on the dogs performance and from there judge it on the way it is now and decide how well it will perform bye giving it a chance if it don't make it give too pet home or pts ur choice at the end of the day Quote Link to post
