PJWmids 35
got my F1 chronograph this week, so decided to test my weihrauch hw99s with a selction of pellets ive been using lately. Have to say the F1 was easy to setup and use, an excellent tool and a great investment for any air gunner. If your thinking of getting one then do it I say. using pyramid air air gun energy calculator of the net I got the following results, all used in .22 calibre: crosman premier ultra magnum 14.3gr - 11.42 foot pound / 15.49 joules RWS superdome 14.5 gr - 11.57 foot pound / 15.69 joules RWS superpoint extra 14.5 gr - 11.49 foot pound / 15.57 joules I shot some marksman no.2 pellets but it doesn't say what grain they are on the tin. But suprisingly the five test shots recorded the highest feet per second. And they were the cheapest pellets. I prefer the crosman as they seem more accurate, especially when shooting at 50 yards compared to the rest. I'm glad to be finally able to see what my rifle is performing at, and have to say I'm very pleased with it. Quote Link to post
