I have a l/h Remington 1100 with a fixed "skeet" choke. Would I be able to have this barrel threaded to take multi chokes or would I need to buy a different barrel?

If it can be done, any idea of the best and/or cheapest place to have it done and how much it's likely to cost? Cheers.
