MikeTheDog 153 Posted July 22, 2007 Report Share Posted July 22, 2007 If you're using nylon remember the net will stretch, 4 1/2" is too big imo. Try using a 2" mesh gauge, that will give you 4" knot to knot giving you a chance with yearling rabbits Quote Link to post
Rabbithunter 456 Posted July 22, 2007 Report Share Posted July 22, 2007 I use the 4 1/2" on purse nets and hand made longnets. I use spun polyester, which has very minimal stretch in it. However if i were using spun nylon, or a Z twine, i would opt for the 4" mesh or a 4 1/4" Quote Link to post
