is this a hypothetical situation or have they taken your dog?

I dont think they can take anything without the police involved.

I was told this today that rspca had taken a blokes lurcher because it had signs that it had taken fox? He let them into his house they said he would maybe go to court or just have the dog reholmed?? He chose to have the dog rehomed is this realy how they work?Has anyone else had this happened, I said they have had his pants down ,,bullied him with fear of courts

I would never, ever, even consider handing my dog over to anyone. Shame on the fella if it is true............

So the RSPCA knocked on. He invited them in. Then they gave him a load of legal speach and told him either go to court or hand over the dog. And he handed the dog over?

The RSPCA haven't broken the law.

I could knock on your door and pursuade you to let me in and give me your dog. If you are daft enough to hand it over then result for me.

People need to man the f**k up where RSPCA are concerned.

You can get them off your property like you can any other member of the public, with force if necessary.

If they caution you and say you have a right to remain silent, just do that, speak only to refuse them access to anything, put the voice recorder on the iphone, and tell them you are recording all conversation, if they say that you are under arrest,do them for false arrest, they are a set of wonabee's who must be feeling the net close in now, they cant get away with it much longer, they are a disgrace to the values of the people who set the organisation up in the first place, they should sack all the LAC'S members, who are working for them,on the grounds of no inpartiality,no prosecution is safe if there's no inpartiality,
