elisderyn 496 Posted July 19, 2007 Report Share Posted July 19, 2007 Down dorset way on the weekend just gone doing a bit of fishing on the river teste & the estuary..........Up early on Sat. morn & chugging out to a good bass spot at low tide .......... Had the privilege of watching a big peregrine hunting over the mud flats.............It stooped on a black headed gull which which literally squatted like a rabbit in the mud...........It then headed toward a bunch of waders one of which it homed in on & narrowly missed.............Got to be honest a real site to sea early in the morning against a cracking background...........
