Guest MOLLY
Im very new to sky, so quite ignorant of their problems etc. I have a message on all channels at the mo saying.... There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try later. Its been like this for an hour i know of, so i rang the technical fault helpline, which wont be cheap! First time, after doing all the pre-recorded prompts i get the engaged tone, second time i get further, told to key in my home phone number....gets cut off!! The third time i get even further and a very quick american pre recorded voice tells me "We are experiencing difficulties, Goodbye" I'd never have bleedin guessed Then cuts me off again Ive tried to find info online but all i can find are pages of what they can sell you, not what is going wrong at the present time, and of course there is no-one actually human at the end of the telephone to ask any questions? Is anyone else having/had this problem and what should i expect? Is it likely to be off all night? MOLL.
