It is definitely in the 'naive' bracket: like Lowry, so if you accept the rather simple way the animals are painted, its OK, but if you are looking for total realism, then no. Whatever rocks your boat, but I wouldn't bin them: they do have a certain something about them. But if you cut the fox and dog out of the scenic one it would be really nice: they just don't 'go' with the rest of the painting IMO. 1 Quote Link to post
