Like beef Zebra steaks on a barbie..... They were bloody lovely, like a bit of fillet steak very tasty Not much I won't try, if you don't try you'll never know.. Id be a bit wary of the camelids (alpaca, llama, camel) as i have never heard of anyone eating them...
