B.P.R 2,798
Just got a nock on the door....tv license.....unpaid....blah blah..... I was honest with the.....told then i had paid until october last year.....and dont agree with why im paying it.....scamming cnuts! Was really polite and they said they cant agree with me......but certainly dont disagree..... Now i decided to take the stand after reading on here about how the bbc.... Are breaking their contract they have with you.....the license payer..... to report all news unbiasly....and recieve no funding..... Was told that the bbc dont run this now?....its the governement...... Was given a piece of paper....with 'pay your tv license' the main subject. Now.... Where do i go from here...... Theres far more intelligent people on here than me....who are more educated on the subject..... Can i get a result from this?.... Or should i ring up and pay it?... This country is pissiing me right off lately.....muslim cnuts abusing white kids.....taxed on EVERYTHING from your hard earned wages.....to your car....... Its a joke..... you work to put food in your kids mouths....and a roof over your head......and somebody....somewhere.... want to take it off you..... Its a disgrace.... scothunter 12,609
your f****d,you admitted to much mate. you should have told him i dont watch tv goodbye!oh and dont come on my property again. i did never seen them since. i seen the other week on the one show, they trundled out the old tv dector van and a big speal on how the equipment these days can tell which room the tv is on. utter bollocks.they must have got a shock with the amount of people cancelling thier payments to a shower of paedos and c**ts who covered it up. so they try the scare tactic.

RossM 8,149
Here's a thought, if you are under contract with sky or virgin etc, and you watch terrestrial through that, how does that stand?
scothunter 12,609
they need proof before they can take me to court.they wont get in my house and i as far as the conversation with them goes,it will be along the lines."i told the last nugget that came to the door,i dont watch tv.so write it down this time and again dont chap my door again"

FFS I've got 3 TV's here, all in use, but none ever show live TV, I have a smart TV in my front room, only watch stuff off iplayer etc, same upstairs and the other is my pc monitor. I won't be buying a licence, because I've chosen not to watch live TV as is my right. They will lose out in the end, it makes no difference to me if I watch Top Gear at 8 pm live or 9pm on the paedo player, but it will to them if enough people do it. If anyone comes to my door, I will be polite and refuse to confirm my ID, and if it goes all the way and they get a warrant, they will find TV's with no aerial connected, internet only. But to say ....... Oh yes, I watch live TV but I don't have a licence, well .........
talt 878
Scothunter is absolutely right. NEVER tell them your name, just address yourself as the legal occupier, tell them politely that you do not need a tv licence thank you very much and close the door.NEVER sign anything either. These guys (and gals) work on commission so will try and trick you if you talk to them for too long. You could also tell them that you are withdrawing their implied right of access and if they come onto your property again you will take legal action.Of course, all of this is assuming you do not watch or record live tv as its being broadcast,we couldnt condone people breaking the law, could we?
