If it's built using compo, surely it ceases to become a dry stone wall, or have I got that wrong?

all depends mate there are many styles through out britain we put them back as they were so iff fill is rubble and soil that goes back

if its natural lime mortar that goes back , loads of info if you interested on youtube drystone walling has become to fooking popular with every fooker on the band wagon :laugh: ive got a pet hate these craig rats doing it for fooook all

fishermen/canal boat people etc who leave litter everywhere...they go out to presumably enjoy the countryside, and yet trash it while they're out???

 

and on a similar note,.fly tippers, seriously pisses me off, its like they're saying my junk is someone elses problem...if someone is caught flytipping they should be forced to eat the lot, whatever it is!

why do folk do that.i mean why even pick it up,if your going to just throw the bag in a tree.

agreed! better to leave it for nature to break down (if its not in a park etc) rather than enshrine it in plastic and preserve it for decades!

Theres a bush in my parents village that is positively festooned in multi-colour poop bags, like a really nasty xmas tree.
