hi i have been uesing strips of flat band to tie my band sets but wont to start useing wax cotton haw do you tie it with out it coming off all the time

Use a constrictor knot mate, you will notice your pouch weight reduces significantly. Make sure you don't opt for waxed dental floss like some people do as it's not good.

Hey jim do you tie a knot on top of constrictor knot just to be on safe side?

No mate, just tie your constrictor knot as tight as you can
