just jack 998
Onions coming on. our onions are a tad shat/slow to be honest and going to seed, we pulled all the japs up early as they all went to seed so we had some decent spring onions

shepp 2,285
After the wet and mild winter, has everybody else noticed an increase in slugs this year? I find using beer traps, but putting pellets inside instead of beer works well.

terryd 8,551
This years onion harvest sure some were bigger when I planted them not what I was hoping for but learnt a lot for me don't bother over wintering. Don't bother planting too early my mates went in late april and now they are bigger than tennis balls with big green tops. Oh and put pellets down cause slugs like them But should last a few months anyway
