the_stig 6,614
do you kennel them together ,,,if you do split em up otherwise cuts and swelling will be the least of your problems .. Edited February 4, 2013 by the_stig 2 Quote Link to post

Attack Fell Terrier 864
Wash out any wounds with salt water, and if you can get your hands on any, get some Metacam! It's a pain killer and anti inflammatory medicine. Quote Link to post

Another hardcore city nobed! Mate if theres one thing thes dogs do see enough of is the great outdoors as you call it! Theyre out all day on the farm not kennelled up as a lot of terriers and get dug often. The reason i ask about this swelling is because my dogs are bayers and dont usually get cut up that bad. If you havent got any advice dont post 2 Quote Link to post

Millet 4,497
Terrier's are little twat's for fighting and i have had my fare share of trouble over the year's..if they are rough coated try and trim any hair from around the puncture wound's and bathe them with warm salty water..after a few goes at this the wound should open up and allow you to have a gentle squeeze around the area to see if any puss comes out..just keep cleaning the main wound's and it will come good in a few day's..Rimadyl is a good pain killer and anti inflamatory but don't over do it as it can cause kidney and liver damage over used.. mr scent 665
I find once terriers take a hatred of each other you may never kennell them together again .I learned the hard way loosing 2 diggin bitchs this season Quote Link to post
BlackBuck 655
Apologise for my first post . Just sounded a bit fishy at first . If u can get hi bi scrub used for sanitation in hospitals . Dilute it and give wounds a liberal spray few times a day . Wash with salty water and dettol mix to kill infection . And metacam is great for stopping swelling . Quote Link to post
