Recommended Posts

Trouble is with the foxes round our way is that because they are so well fed they are getting bigger with each generation. Soon be as big as feckin' horses. The drunks outside the local chippy feed them so you can see them round there on a regular basis.

They are certainly getting more bold. I woke mid morning a couple of months ago when the chooks were all kicking off in the garden, sat up in bed, looked out of the window and saw a fox dragging a chicken up the garden. Never left the house so fast in my life. Not sure who was more shocked - the fox looking up to see a pissed off, naked, screaming red head running straight for him - or the neighbour, who hearing the commotion came into the garden to find me standing there holding a stressed out chicken strategically to cover myself up !

pmsl.:laugh: .house prices will be dropping around your way :laugh:

Watch it matey !

I don't see the point in killing something if its not doing any harm. I've dug plenty of Charlie's and let them run on pre-ban. I'd only kill one if it is causing a serious problem.

I agree. Unfortunately the ones that come in my garden use it as a toilet, nick anything we may leave out, drive my dog nuts in the middle of the night and have given 2 of my dogs mange in the past.

Then they're a problem that need sorting out then mate.

Best of luck with it pal.

I remember fishing with a mate and a woman approached with a dog. f****r started eating our bait. Anyhow, the nutter started saying its the fox in him!!!! I was like, eh? She said, oh yes, his mother got caught caught by a fox. I was like, ok........ I asked where she got the dog, she said from a small Scottish island where they drop food to the foxes by helicopter :D it might be just me but I don't half attract them
