Gin 498 Posted February 2, 2013 Report Share Posted February 2, 2013 I have done it with a coping saw and also a hacksaw. Gently clamp it in the vice, and sand it flat. Finer grades of sandpaper to finish it off. I used to use T-cut to polish it up, when finished. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
