Ferret Face 0
Hi brownyest01. I have only just started making nets myself and i found this video on youtube very informative and easy to follow just watch it all the way through then just watch it a second time step by step. Once you learn how to make them and practice you will be able to do it without even thinking much. I have only started at the end of jan and have completed 5 4ft nets but I have yet to catch using them . Atb and good luck making nets, Ferret Face . Quote Link to post
DanAdams 10
Hi I've only just started (past couple of weeks). It's a bit confusing to start of with, youtube videos helped me the most. With equipment it is fairly cheep agouti nets and bridport nets are where I get mine from. If I were you I would learn how to make them using old string from somewhere like a poundshop because when I first started I messed up quite a bit and wasted materials I could have used to make good nets. If you practice you'll soon get the hang of it. All the best Edited March 25, 2013 by DanAdams Quote Link to post
