Did some squadie not bring a camel spider back from the desert fairly recently? In his kit? Now they aint too poisonous, but have a hell of a bite!

walshie 2,804
Last year mrs walshie was feeling under the weather. For 2 weeks she could hardly get out of bed, her joints puffed up, she had bad headaches and was sleeping at least twice as much as usual. The doctor did a blood test and it turned out this was all due to a spider bite. Couldn't tell us the breed of spider, but apparently it's fairly common. Eventually the symptoms subsided on their own.
