Ratreeper 441
Just wondering if there is anything I can to reduce the amount of healing time for the scratches my dog gets all over his stomach and legs? I can't really walk him anywhere without being around gorse, brambles etc as you might expect but I have never known a dog to get so scratched up by it, he has almost no fur on his underside so has no protection from any of it. After a while will his skin toughen up to it? Also, he gets little pussy pimples where the gorse has pricked his skin that come up the next day but disappear quickly, is there any creams or anything someone could recommend to help with the irritation? He doesn't seem phased by any of it, but I look like the worse dog owner in the world as he looks like he has been dragged 100 yards over gravel most of the time and it must be sore. He has learn the hard way about barbed wire and is a bit more careful around gorse but still gets new scratches daily. (Rehomed and had never seen the countryside before I got him 6 weeks ago)
