baw 4,360
pickled cockles! What about them?cockles, muscles and prawns are all good baits for trout in the right conditions.... I've used prawn for salmon, whole prawn dyed purple. Used prawn and mussel sea fishing, caught cod, collies, pollok and mackerel with them. Never thought of using cockles especially for trout. Do you need to give them a good rinse if its pickled ones then? Gonna give them a go lol, cheers for that lads. Quote Link to post
