If its not to badly displaced then there is every reason to hope for good recovery, if its badly displaced it may need surgery. Vet should strap it to reduce movement but rehap should start within a week or so depending on severity, very gentle movements to begin with.

Beware that the force needed to do this often result in trauma to other things so make sure you keep a close eye on it. Watch for internal bleeding, pale gums, short of breath etc , or other fractures such as ribs.

Time and a good vet hope it sorts.
