Guest Leveller Posted January 25, 2013 Report Share Posted January 25, 2013 I recently returned a faulty old style rechargeable collar (it had come apart and wouldn't charge) I knew it was out of warranty and was willing to pay for a repair. It turned up in the post today in the newer casing working fine and free of charge that's good customer service in my book. Quote Link to post
