i say all native british get as much as you can as while there letting every abdul suliman and obongo in driving down the wages saying british people dont want to do them jobs, well who did them before every scumbag from second and thirld world countries came ? young people when leaving school older people that were made redundant in their 50"s etc and maybe if there wasnt these people that have no right to be here competing for them keeping the wages too low but they can afford to do them because most are young here on their own live 10 to a house get money from our government that keeps there family at home living sweet but if you got a wife 2 kids that one wage coming in say 250 a week pay rent council tax water rates and every other essential what are they left with. so until the GOV keep letting the tidal waqve in not caring abut OUR people why shouldnt they get a piece of the pie

I love to see these lazy Fuckers given road sweeping or toilet cleaning jobs as part and parcel of earning Benefits for long turn durations.

 

Mandatory National Service for any one that leaves school with out having a Apprenticeship or University placement to go to wouldn't hurt ether, we could use them to better protect our national boarders and have it set up so that only those that volunteered would serve overseas.

This self respect is all well and good but if your not going to earn enough to put food on the table and cloth your kids what you going to do,and before you say why have kids if you can,t feed them circumstanses change.I dont see how you can just blame government when i left school my dad asked what i was going to do for work i said dont know he said well you best get to know you have two week to get a job or your out.I started on a YOP SCHEME following week 23.50 a week about 50p aweek better off once i had paid my board and bus fares.

thats the way it was job or out i got 2 days off when left the school then straight to work 5 days a week for £18 now most follow in there parents footsteps straight to the DHSS

 

Same here I was told to get a trade when I left school at 16 and then I could go and do what I wanted.

Ive been working ever since as a Electrician and believe that if you want to work you will work.

 

If I was out of work the last place I'd be looking for help is the fecking state, you get out and do what needs to be done but you bring home money somehow for you family !

 

Why keep giving and giving for no return....?

Shouldn't we at the very least expect some sort of community service such as road sweeping or litter picking at local parks ?????

 

Instead all I see when I'm out is people on the Dole down the Pub having a right old jolly up whilst I'm working.

same as some of the lads on here worked all over the country ,its not for everyone lads that have a job ,wife,kids in the area they are from then get layed off not so easy for a lot just to pack a bag and work 300 mile away,and as for this giving and giving i did that paid about 200 aweek in tax and ni for the length of the contract 6 month when it finished lass i was seeing said why dont you move in so went to sign on only to be told i could sign on but wouldnt get any thing because she got 63 quid a week for her and her daughter told em to shove it,so yes they do owe some of us but can we get it can we fxck

Seems like she has her head well screwed on. Instead of seeing her as the title would suggest, I would argue it's your system is the blame. Once a system is in place that gives benefit without responsibility what do people expect to have happen?

 

I know in our system here one of the biggest problems would be affordable childcare. Without that provision within reasonable distance from a single parents place of work and home how can anyone expect a person to go to work and put themselves into poverty while working, compared to being on benefits.

 

I quite agree with her logic, given the current system.

 

To get people into or back to work from certain situations it has to make sense for them. If it doesn't then don't expect any different to happen than the story in this thread.

Not that i need to prove myself to you, but since you've got your back up i'll let you know what i've been up to job hunting wise. I've applied to 20 odd jobs this week (in my home town and across the UK) and i had an interview with McDonalds for a customer service assistant on Wednesday. I should hear back from them this week, not ideal but it's a full time job with a wage. If that isn't 'looking outside my preferred trade' then i don't know what is.

 

Maybe you should stop commenting on peoples lives who you know nothing about??

There's a big difference between a foreign sponger and someone unemployed through no fault of their own.

I would rather see someone unemployed out hunting in the fresh air staying fit than being inside and getting a taste for self pity and depression, drink etc.

 

The impression I get from this site is hunters equals decent working people. If they're unemployed they're lookimg for work.

I've been unemployed so know what its like. I was lucky as it was only for a few months and i used savings as I wouldnt have the patience to deal with a condescending fooker in an office.
