twobob 1,497
you cant blame the people who claim it ,....................you need to look at the tw4ts running this country .......... people are going to take what they can like any normal person would ,..........sadly rules are rules no matter how unfair they are .......... now were heading for another dip recestion and there blaming it on the xmas period.....lol You can blame the people who take it as they must have no self respect if thats how they want to live !!! I love to see these lazy Fuckers given road sweeping or toilet cleaning jobs as part and parcel of earning Benefits for long turn durations. Mandatory National Service for any one that leaves school with out having a Apprenticeship or University placement to go to wouldn't hurt ether, we could use them to better protect our national boarders and have it set up so that only those that volunteered would serve overseas. This self respect is all well and good but if your not going to earn enough to put food on the table and cloth your kids what you going to do,and before you say why have kids if you can,t feed them circumstanses change.I dont see how you can just blame government when i left school my dad asked what i was going to do for work i said dont know he said well you best get to know you have two week to get a job or your out.I started on a YOP SCHEME following week 23.50 a week about 50p aweek better off once i had paid my board and bus fares. RubyTex 1,957
Worked from a few days after leaving school(28 years ago) until 7 months ago started signing on and then went to sign the other week and didn't apply for any jobs or look for one over xmas period. I've now had my money sanctioned(stopped) and now I've got to put in a new claim, asked them what to do about money and was told to put in for crisis loan which I can't get because my moneys been stopped........go figure. thats no right at all mate, shower of scum this goverment I know lads who've not done a days work and they never get any bother, straight in and sign and away. I've got to go on this goverment website 28 times a week looking for work but they've had the same jobs on there for weeks now. I just put in for training to get a better chance of a job and I've been told I've got to find the £700 for the course........takes the piss. Same here, 28 times a week and at least 2 hours a day! But the new website is a crock of shite and won't let me apply to jobs half the time! I've got to apply for at least 10 vacancies a week now, luckily for me my advisor is sound and she let's me get away with half that. More importantly she is a top class single MILF, and yes i would love to smash her back doors off their hinges. Hope you get it sorted johnny!

Ive been working ever since as a Electrician and believe that if you want to work you will work. If I was out of work the last place I'd be looking for help is the fecking state, you get out and do what needs to be done but you bring home money somehow for you family ! Why keep giving and giving for no return....? Shouldn't we at the very least expect some sort of community service such as road sweeping or litter picking at local parks ????? Instead all I see when I'm out is people on the Dole down the Pub having a right old jolly up whilst I'm working.

Wildling 520
Would you see it as fair to work for your Money no matter who pays you ?
johnny boy68 11,726
Would you see it as fair to work for your Money no matter who pays you ? Life isn't fair and you having a job dosen't give you the right to get on your soap box like you are tbh.........The benefits system was put in place by the goverment not us lowly commoners, perhaps you should be writing them some letters rather than preaching on here. If or when I have to go around my local community picking litter or scrubbing graffiti off walls then I'll do it if thats what it takes to get my money, will it make me feel better.....NO. People in full time employment are quite a way removed from how diffacult it is to actually find a job these days.
Wildling 520
I think it does seeing as my taxes go towards paying for people to live a life of riley on the Dole, and as for doing something about it I'm a active member in local community and regularly volunteer my spare time to local projects. What are you doing apart from crying about how hard it is to get a Job...? Or are you waiting for a job that makes it worth while to get off your Arse like most people on the Dole I know ! I speak from experience as well Pal I live in a block of council flats in which only about a third of the residents work, no guessing which ones don't bother turning up to local meetings or the ones that are in the square down below pissing it up and leaving rubbish and shit everywhere. Or did you assume that because I work for a living that I own a 6 bed mansion.....?
