I wouldnt touch one myself, never been to his place and dont intend to but I want a dog bred from workers, simple as that

 

But for most people, if you want a Collie x you dont really have that much choice as you dont see many crosses advertised.

Here we go then i have a beddy grey and a salukigrey cross cattle dog...there`s the introduction of dogs i work...Now on to hancock i have seen some of hancocks dogs work and they was ok now i have been there twice and with no disrespect to anybody on here but whom ever says that hancocks place is clean need f*****g glasses and a new nose this place is an absolute shite hole stinking of crap and amonia an absolute disgrace but this is just people standards and i obviously set mine high because i wouldn`t take my dog there for a day visit let alone live there...I know some people leave there kennels shitty but thats down to them i dobnt personally and feck me why should you them dogs do us proud be it in the field show or pet for f**k sake show them some respect

WILL one of the MODS on here BLOCK this age old topic before it turns into all out WAR :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: it is just so pathetic that some bod's on here need a dog from working stock coz they don't know how to start a pup off from a clean slate breeding

you get a pup or breed a pup from working stock because thats what you intend to do with it i`m sorry mate but there`s work and there`s work and i know what will generally last longer worker to worker everytime Everytime you have a pup be it from tried and tested parents or new lines you still have to put the effort in the difference is whether your work will pay off and generally with the right breeding it does....

my pup is 8 months old , and up to now i can see no difference in her to any other pup wether from working stock or not , but that may well change in a month or to .... and as for the big talk of "theres work and theres work" take a look at my aviator read my name now go and do the maths for yourself..... i work every one of my dogs to it's full capability

Hold on a moment i read your name and couldn`t for the life of me work out why your attitude is what it is all of the lads i know in to there bulls properly and not just for show will tell you that breeding is one of the most important things of the dog maybe i have misread these guys or maybe they need to change there style of work and breeding and take a leaf out of your book mate and breed anything...I am not one of these BODS i just think if the best is there use it

Ive seen all the pics on your site before your man took the hump and deleted them and theres no hunting or dog pics with you in them, funny that. Anyone would think you just sat around the house mouthing off about dogs instead of actually being out there in the field doing it
