kranky 507 Posted January 20, 2013 Report Share Posted January 20, 2013 I've got a Lazerlite, a Lightforce 170, a Clubriter and I've just bought a Nightmaster 800. I bought the extended tube for the Nightmaster so it now runs on two 18650 lithium ion batteries. In a side by side comparison there is no difference between the beam of the Nightmaster and the 170. I get better eye shine with the Nightmaster and the clarity at distance is a lot better. The dog prefers it as well. The upside is that I bought a pair of spare batteries for £10 but I've yet to run out the originals even over 2 nights. The downside is that the beam can be a bit tight at close range for bunnies. I haven't use anything else since I got this lamp. 1 Quote Link to post
