Boiler Trouble???????

Recommended Posts

Right my central heating will not go off unless i switch it off at the mains. Thought at first it was my ancient control box on the wall so i just changed it to a digital box and it still wont go off without switching off at the mains? Anybody had this problem or know how to fix the thing?... :censored: :censored: :censored:

might be the board mate, not picking up the signal to turn off

is the controller hard wired or is it wireless

could be a broken wire you've obviously checked what you did

not missed anything have you

Not wireless mate..........changed the wires over to the new box exactly as the others came off. Cant see any wires moved????... :hmm:

probably a stuck open flow control valve..

but Im not a heating engineer...... :whistling:

Where would i find that thing?... :hmm:

A heating engineer would tell you if you got one out.. :whistling:

I'll see if the 'good' members on THL can point me in the right direction first before i hand over f*****g hundreds of pounds for f**k all... :D
