MAIN MAN 277
Today we did a fox drive through some maze! 2 terriers 2 springers, when the guns started about half way through the springer bitch vanished we thought mabe she had got lost and called for at least half an hour. My phone rang it was my nabour saying the dog was back at home!! bloody good job she made it accross the main road. question is has she suddenly become gun shy or was she just lost?? cheers Quote Link to post
air gun ant 1,666
Don't no mate but I think I'd be a bit worried? The guns wouldn't exactly be close would they? May be just lost her bearings and panicked bud. Do you live far from the shoot/field? Quote Link to post
MAIN MAN 277
We live about half a mile away! The beaters were making plenty of noise so I would of thought she could of herd where we were, she has been around guns so should be used to them! But we know dogs can be funny! Be a real shame because she is a really nice biddable springer. Quote Link to post

The one 8,459
You can only try taking her out and fire a shot a hundred yards away and see how she react's as you get closer firing a gun Quote Link to post
