Strong Stuff 2,171 Posted January 19, 2013 Report Share Posted January 19, 2013 It's a straight enough road mate, I went to Chester last night from mine and it took 1 1/4 hours, normally 30 mins, because the lazy bstards hadn't gritted any of the roads, including the A483, was just packed ice and snow, then came home at around 3.30 am and it was all gritted and clear, with the volume of traffic that the roads from Chester to Liverpool get I'd say it would be hard to even know it had snowed. You can either come off the M53 at Eastham and go up the A41 and go throught he old tunnel and straight out of town to the hospital, or stay on the M53 and go through the new tunnel, unless we get a load more snow, I'd say you can be confident it will be clear as it is now. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
