iana 25
Picked up my new R10 FAC and with all the snow I can't get out. Plinked a few cans in the garden and that's it. Hoping the weather eases for Sunday. Quote Link to post
ArchieHood 3,692
What's it running at iana ......30 ft/lbs? Oh and unless you've got a big garden I would be careful "plinking" with a Section 1 firearm. 1 Quote Link to post

Froudy 40
have to agree with the above bit risky, and what makes you think it's a .177 Archie hood lol? Quote Link to post
ArchieHood 3,692
Considering the purpose of a FAC Air Rifle (more power with flat trajectory) there's little point in .177 as .22 can do the same trajectory and roughly the same shot count with more power. .177 will max out at about 16 ft/lbs with the flightpath of a bumble bee. 1 Quote Link to post
Froudy 40
Interesting you say that, I thought that but if you look on YouTube all the fac r10s seem to be .177 mate Quote Link to post

clubshot 22
There are large numbers in overseas countries where .22 is limited Like South Africa Can have Full bore but limited in Air Gun's BOB/R Quote Link to post
ferg81 0
Is it true in s Africa you don't need a permit/license to own a gun from pistol to full automatic? I'm sure I saw this on tv and was spouting on about it when drunkenly tellin a non shootin friend all about the pressure on us English shooters earlier tonight! "From my cold dead hands...."
