Agree with that lapin, c**ts should live by the law. But isn't it the law who has to implement the law? Who is at fault, the law breakers or the law enforcers who allow it?

Both really but mostly the law enforcers and the people that vote them in for accepting it. Problem is its a drip, drip drip effect whereby loads of little things they do push the boundaries until the boundaries are slowly moved and accepted as the norm by the population. Kicking off over a single event is an over-reaction but also difficult t save up loads if little piss taking things.

 

Not sure if I have explained what I am trying to say right but Its a bit like arguing with the misses.
