They will then say ''You told us you didn't have any issues and you have. There fore when you signed the form saying 'Everything on this form is true' you were lying!''. He'll then say that the depression was after the form was sent in, and they'll say ''Then you should have informed us. You know that depression is classed as a mental illness and there fore you know you should have informed us!''. If i was this guy i would just let them know. The Police will look on that better than having to find out from the Dr. Even if they say he can't have a FAC, when he's better he'll stand a better chance. Where as if they find out from the Dr even when he's better he won't get it. Some times you gotta' do what you don't want to do, but it will be for the best in the long run. Quote Link to post
